Welcome to Bulgaria the home of Rainbow Bulgarian Properties!

We are a small team of Professionals - I don’t like to use the term Estate Agents – we do not offer properties per se, but can assist with that if you  wish.   We do 2 things, we will help our clients to find the property they are looking for in whatever region they want and then lead them safely through all the pitfalls that are waiting for unsuspecting buyers in Bulgaria. 

We have INDEPENDENT Professionals who know their business and deliver you a good service.  We use Bulgarians who have worked for me personally and who have helped me to purchase the 3 houses that I have bought with no problems whatsoever.  

INDEPENDENT means independent from the Estate Agent you have used, or the private individual who is selling you the property, or from whoever you are dealing with in trying to buy something here in Bulgaria.

You pay us either on a daily basis or per job depending upon your requirements and the intricacies of what you are trying to do.  i.e. Buying a business to run as a going concern will obviously be more expensive to administer than buying a property in which to retire, small building works or complete renovation of your property.

We Offer:

Company Formations – absolutely necessary to enable non Bulgarian citizens to buy any property that has land attached to - Freehold or Land; foreigners can not purchase land directly in Bulgaria a Limited Company must purchase the land for them; you own the Company.

Legal Services – Professional & Honest Bulgarian Lawyers.

Translation – Oral (on site translator)  and/or translate Documents.

Mini Bus with English speaking driver for transportation to view properties or airport transfers or drive around to look at the area to see where you might want to live.

During our years in Bulgaria we have met and used many trustworthy and adept local trades people and we will ensure that you are pointed in the right direction to enable you to enjoy your stay in Bulgaria, whether it be for that dream holiday home, or for settlement.   

I have learnt the hard way in Bulgaria, there have been people who have let us down, who did not deliver, who simply misrepresented themselves. I did go down dead ends, I have had people do poor work on my house and I had to redo it, however now I have a core group of Trades who carry out their tasks the way that we want, and they listen to supervision and deliver!
